About

Restoring Balance Through Therapeutic Touch

About Me Born and raised in the Panaewa rainforest of Hilo, Hawaiʻi, I’ve always held a deep appreciation for balance, wellness, and the power of holistic healing. I am a graduate of the National Holistic Institute in Studio City and have completed the Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy program, allowing me to offer a more refined, assessment-based approach to bodywork. Before stepping into the world of massage therapy, I spent eight years working in the motion picture industry, where 80+ hour workweeks and stretches of 30 or more days without a break were common. That relentless pace took a toll—not only on my own body, but on the bodies of many colleagues around me. Witnessing the impact of chronic pain, tension, and burnout firsthand sparked a desire for a more balanced, sustainable path and ultimately led me to massage therapy. I was drawn to this work as a way to support others in finding relief, resilience, and restoration. My Approach to Massage Each session begins with a conversation about your intention for the massage. Your needs guide the experience; whether that means a more communicative session focused on exploring pain and tension with feedback, or a quieter, deeply relaxing session with minimal verbal interaction. My goal is to meet you where you are and create a space that feels supportive, safe, and aligned with what your body needs in the moment. I specialize in customized sessions that address both the physical body and the nervous system, helping you feel more grounded, balanced, and at ease before you leave the studio. I believe that health is wealth, and I strive to offer a peaceful space where you can step away from the city’s pace, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension, pain, or simply a moment of calm, I’m here to support you on your journey toward feeling your best. Offerings include, but are not limited to: Intra-oral massage Iliopsoas release (including psoas major) Postural imbalance assessment Abdominal massage for digestive support Support for sciatica and piriformis syndrome Neuromuscular therapy techniques Chronic pain and tension relief Nervous system–informed therapeutic massage
